We would like to inform you that the spa and bar at ayatana ooty are currently unavailable, , please note that there will be an additional supplement cost for extra occupants between december 19th and january 3rd, 2026. for the period of december 19th to january 3rd (excluding december 24th and 31st), the supplement cost will be rs. 3,250 per night. on december 24th and 31st, the supplement cost will be rs. 9,750 per night, maintenance work of the swimming pool at ayatana ooty will be carried out from 01/12/2025 to 10/12/2025, please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. you can use the special requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation, guests are required to show a photo id and credit card upon check-in. please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply, payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. the property will contact you after you book to provide instructions, spa/wellness center is closed from 2026-02-28 until 2026-02-21
