Positive: The location was great, beds were great

Negative: The oven didn’t work. We were on the 15th floor and there was only one lift, while waiting for it to get to us on our floor or in the lobby it would often sound like it was moving it would make a noise then just not open. We also tried to call reception after waiting 10mins for the lift to work. But the phone in our room did not work. The lift eventually worked.
