Positive: Very clean. And customer service was amazing. Ellack was an exceptional host. He went over the top and stored our bags for the day during our tour. We flew out that night so we picked up our bags on our way to the airport. It’s a quieter neighborhood so it was easy to get to sleep & the beds were extremely comfortable which is huge after flying 23 hours to get to Cape Town
