Positive: Great location, lovely, friendly and very helpful staff. Excellent food. Nice pool area.

Negative: Steep stairs to room but was offered a room on the ground floor, so not a complaint.

Summary: Perfect stay in a lovely setting with excellent staff and wonderful food, absolutely no complaints.
