Summary: I had stayed in this hotel earlier this year and enjoyed my stay, this time i booked the same premium room but the room was not the same, i stayed in A Tower, disappointing. Also at check in if the room is not available when we arrive early then give a time that reflects when it will be available, do not keep saying 15 minutes and have me sat in reception and then one and a quarter hours later say the room is available. Just say straight away one hour it will be available, i arrived slightly early and understood that it may not be ready, but to have me sat in reception for over an hour after keep being told 15 minutes is frustrating.
