Positive: I wished I had reason to stay longer in Colmar because the Greet Hotel was fantastic! It would've also been great to arrive earlier and avail of the drinks and social vibe downstairs. I chose it for its convenience off the motorway and for parking and being pet-friendly. Honestly, such a great little place and the rooms were extraordinarily spacious.

Negative: When I arrived, it became apparent the person at the shared reception/bar space was bar staff and couldn't check me in. There was a little wait for someone to come out to serve me, which is a small gripe, I acknowledge, and only memorable really because I was busting to go to the bathroom and offload bags. It also could've been a new starter who wasn't sure of the process.

Summary: A fantastic stopover spot with spacious rooms (& Colmar is definitely worth a visit)
