Positive: The staff are really lovely.

Negative: We were in the basement rooms - we didn’t realise how much of a ‘basement’ this would be. Literally looking straight into the cars of the car park. Poor WiFi signal in the room. The room also has bad soundproofing, the toilet is just separated by a thin wall. Very sorry to say it’s totally not worth the money, I was disappointed as I’d spent quite a lot of money on this expecting something a bit more luxury. I have paid a fraction of the price for much more comfortable budget rooms elsewhere. The location is ok if you have a car. If you’re able to walk rocky paths (unlit at night) then it’s fine to get to Collioure and Le Racou. But otherwise you can’t rely on taxis to be readily available, plus they’re expensive (€15 for 8 mins into Collioure). There’s a main road between the hotel and the sea, so if you have a sea view expect noise from the road (and a sea view in the distance - not beachfront as booking.com states). Couldn’t believe that breakfast wasn’t included. I had it twice and found it to be very standard and again, not worth the money. There’s nothing close by on foot so it had to do.
