Positive: AC worked, ceiling fan worked. Bathroom big, clean enough.

Negative: Receptionist continued eating when I arrived. He ignored me. He recognized me from a week ago. Even with my shirt soaked in sweat from carrying bags, he ignored me for 10 minutes--good job! (I wanted to see how long he would ignore me while I sat there a few feet away, watching him eat rice.) Like last time, he had no change, slapped coins on counter. Dirty looks. Speaks only one-word English--"sign, pay, money, check-in, check-out". I'm still hoping staff will improve. See my review from a week ago. Bedding clean, Room clean, spacious, window. Fan only one speed--high, made sleeping difficult. Room cool not cold because of major air leaks around door. Bathroom, sink clean, handsoap, standard toilet, sprayer, no paper. Geyzer marginal but worked. Room good enough.

Summary: Staff speaks almost no English. Not friendly, ignored me. Hoping this new staff will improve.
