The house is divided into two separate units, and you'll have complete privacy on your side. There's no need to share anything – you'll enjoy exclusive access to your own bathroom, kitchen, living and dining area, laundry, bedroom front yard and balcony.
The space

Includes: 1 x Queen size bed w/ linens, electric blanket, quilts and pillows. TV, Fan and oil heater. Additional single bed + linens are available at extra cost. Please make a request upon booking.
+ 1 x mud room area to hang your coats and store your shoes
+ Living room: Lounge, TV, games, coffee table, fan, heater. Sign into your own Netflix or Stan account, etc, on the TV
+ 1 bathroom: Extra towels, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner and soap.
+ Laundry area: Top load Fisher & Paykel washing machine, washing liquid, iron, ironing board and drying racks. If you are staying long term and need the use of a dryer, let me know in advance.
+ Private front outdoor patio for you to enjoy or for the smokers, with table and chairs

Conveniently park on the street in front of the house. If your staying weekdays you will need a parking permit to place on your dashboard. Please let me know in advance so I can leave it out for you.
