Positive: If you are visiting wilderness you must either come to serendipity for their amazing dining experience, or stay at the fantastic country house to enjoy the beautiful town and surrounding area. The dining experience was one of the best I’ve ever had. Incredible food, absolutely fantastic service and attention to details, and a terrific wine pairing option. You need to dine here. The owner and his wife (who is the chef) put so much care into the menu and the dishes. The owner Rudolph will also spend 15 minutes at the start with you whilst you enjoy your appertivo to explain the entire menu. The stay itself was also terrific. Ben our host was so welcoming and made sure we had everything we could need. So many great recommendations and places to visit. The rooms are super comfortable and cosy. The hotel is right on the river so the hotel can give you a kayak to explore the area via water. Lovely breakfast and very friendly staff.

Negative: Only complaint I’d say is the dining experience does go on quite late and as the rooms are directly above the dining area you do hear a lot of guests noise. I think they could sit later guests in other areas.
