It is on a quiet street rue bellart and you have 3 metros at walking distance Sevres Lecourbe ( line 6 at 200 meters ) Segur ( line 10 at 200 meters) and Pasteur( line 6 and 12 at 500 meters ) .
The immediate neighborhood offers a large selection of fresh food shops and bistrots and a couple of supermarkets.

It consists of a very large living room opening to a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms one equiped with a king size bed and the other one with a retractable ceiling queen size bed. Each bedroom has a closet but the one with the retractable bed occupies the full space available when the bed is down. There is a large shower and a separate toilet. The washer and the dryer are in the closet of the second bedroom..
The building has high security with two coded doors and and each window has metal shutters which offer full darkness.
The all-inclusive rental fee covers high quality linens and towels.
