Located only two steps away from the Arc de Triomphe and The Champs Elysees, this is one of the best Paris rental apartments, in one of the most prestigious neighborhoods of the city.
The neighborhood is very safe and you will find luxury shops all around (Vuitton, Chanel, Dior…), as well as many cafés and high quality restaurants (including several 3-stars). There is also Laduree, celebrated as one of the best tearooms since 1862, with their renowned macaroons. Montaigne Avenue is in walking distance, as well as Place des Ternes and Poncelet's open market. You will also appreciate being close to the Parc Monceau should you have children or just a need of nature in the heart of such a busy area.
You can reach many points of interest by foot or very quickly by public transport. The closest metro stop is George V and the RER is in walking distance.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a good standard building without a lift. Access is made safe by two door codes. The first one is to enter the alley and the second one to access the building where the apartment is. The window of the bedroom opens on a back courtyard, which is very quiet. The windows of the living-room open on the little alley, which is also really quiet.

Layout
This 45sqm Paris apartment has two rooms. The entrance opens to the main room, which is very bright and spacious. The living area has two couches, one of which is a sofabed where two people can sleep (140x200). Ths dining area has a table with chairs and can accomodate four people.
The contemporary fitted kitchen is central and open on to the living-room.
This room has been decorated tastefully, resulting in a minimalistic, uncluttered, bright apartment.
There are some large wall closets in the living-room, as well as in the bedroom.
The bedroom is small but it has a large double bed 160x200 and a large wardrobe.
You will enjoy this peaceful retreat at night, as the windows open on the back side of the building, where there is little noise.
The bathroom is also accessible from the living-room. It has a large angle bathtub, a toilet, two washbasins and a washing-machine. The decoration of the sophisticated bathroom contrasts with the whole apartment, an interesting feature of the place.
