Positive: Some staff members who took particular care.

Negative: Many. 1. The dal ordered for room service came with a prawn shell. 2. Housekeeping never broomed/wiped the room inspite of the service request 3. Room serviice standard and attention to detail was poor. 4. The bedsheet had small holes in them. 5. Wifi quality was very poor.

Summary: All the above did not make it a very pleasant experience.
