Summary: Room spotless and really well appointed, you couldn’t want for anything. The hotel overall is very good, the grounds, hotel staff service and friendliness were impeccable. The shuttle service to different vineyards and into town was also unexpected, but essential. I am dropping one star for a rather fundamental flaw. The restaurant MIKO is sub par, food quality and presentation were unacceptable at the price point. For this standard of deluxe accommodation the food offering and restaurant service need a significant uplift. On this basis I would recommend shopping around for alternative hotels, but this should certainly be in your top 3. This feedback was also provided directly to the manager upon checkout.
