Summary: Nice place, with a very nice balcony where you can sit and have a braai (barbecue) on the grill. You need a code to enter and leave the area, which a guy sends on WhatsApp. It worked well but took a little getting used to. I felt very secure. There was no hot water in the kitchen, there was some mold here and there, and some small stains on the bed sheets… but no big issues.
