It was ideal for our group of eight, and we appreciated the comfort it offered. However, we did encounter some challenges that affected our stay. Only one bathroom was usable, as the other had a persistent odour, and during strong winds, the kitchen ceiling moved and rattled, which made it unsafe to spend time there. We are reassured that these issues have now been fixed. Given Arniston’s reputation for strong winds, it is important that the house be in a condition to withstand such weather. Overall, the house is lovely, and we hope these issues are fully addressed so that future guests can enjoy their stay safely and comfortably.
