Negative: The staff told me that if I wanted an early check-in, I had to pay. I explained that I had already mentioned on my booking that I would arrive at 9 AM, but they still didn’t let me check in. First they said I needed to pay, and then they said they didn’t have a free room for early check-in. I asked them how they could offer early check-in if they didn’t have any rooms available. The situation was very rude, and we were very tired.
