The top level is the heart of the home, with spectacular ocean views, beautifully appointed living and dining spaces, and a kitchen designed for serious entertaining. Two Miele ovens, a Liebherr fridge and freezer, Miele dishwasher, Zip tap with boiling, chilled and sparkling water, SMEG bean coffee machine and Vintec wine fridge make the kitchen feel both highly functional and quietly luxurious.

The property includes parking for up to 6 cars, with 2 spaces in the garage and 4 spaces on the driveway. Please note the roadway is narrow and street parking is very limited, so all vehicles must be parked on site.
Gerroa, Seven Mile Beach, Gerringong, Berry, Kiama and the surrounding South Coast are all easily explored by car.
