Positive: Location was fine and the parking was included and it was good to have a designated space. The kitchen had the basics covered, and although I didn't use the laundry it looked like a nice machine. There was a good number of dishwasher tablets included for the small single drawer dishwasher, and once I figured out the airconditioning, it worked well enough in the lounge room (only in the lounge though, no air con in the bedroom).
Negative: STAIRS! I maybe missed something, but having to walk up 9 sets of stairs to get to the room was a very unpleasant surprise. The apartment building had a lift, but not for this apartment. The room was billed as being suitable for 3 people but there was only bedding for the small double bed, and nothing for the leather couch to be able to be used as a bed. I thought I'd organised a serviced apartment, not a professional AirBNB. Removing the rubbish was quite a bother as not only did it need to be carried down to the 9 sets of stairs I had to hunt for the bin and was told it was somewhere random. The couch had 2/3 of the original cushions, and a single pillow each for the double bed, and it was missing a few basics like a toilet paper holder, or any detergent for the washing machine. Decor a bit dated and very orange. Hosts wanted ID sent through insecure channels like texts and emails and did not feel appropriate considering I'd booked and fully prepaid through a website.
Summary: Basically fine apartment for 2 people. Tidy and neat, but on 4th level without stairs.
