Positive: This was the second time we stayed "This time we had a more newer cabin which was awesome! Warm and comfortable.

Negative: The first time we stayed we were travelling and tried to get assistance to book a room and were met by average to very poor service told to book on line, due to bad net connection we booked via their website which cost me a considerable difference in higher price. Upon arrival we were looking forward to a meal to find the gas bottle was empty and no answer to the phone! Gave up tired and went to bed! Bed was lousy uncomfortable and I did not appreciate having to lug our luggage in so far from the car park after driving from QLD. The customer service could be way better one simple phone booking would have been easier the first time and the second time we stayed was because everything else was booked out, and we were moving into our house the next day! As a former Motel reception person I feel your business lacks human interaction with Managers. The second time a much better cabin with everything working and clean still very expensive for what you get! Oh and the grass was to long and guests advised us of snakes!
