Pleasant new ecological house located 100 m from the sea in a quiet area and set back from the traffic.
It is located in the beautiful seaside resort of Wimereux, close to Boulogne sur Mer, in the unique site of Les Deux Caps, starting point of many strolls.
The house sleeps 6 persons and is composed of 2 bedrooms including 1 on the ground floor and 1 on the first floor. There is a bedding area in the Mezzanine with a 160 cm high quality sofa-bed.
On each floor, there is a bathroom and a toilet (with an independent downstairs toilet). There is an open plan kitchen opening onto the living room and the garden where you can cook with high quality utensils. The decoration is refined and the comfortable fittings should allow the holidaymakers to have a pleasant stay.
The gîte boasts of a fenced parking place for a vehicle and a storage room for water activities equipment, bikes or other things.
A nice and fully fenced garden will wait for you when you’ll come back from the beach or to relax.

Summary: The property is situated on the outskirts of Wimereux, a small seaside town near Boulogne, in a quiet residential street with its own secluded garden with easy parking for one vehicle. It's a short walk to the seafront and to Rue Carnot with its many shops and restaurants. The interior is spacious, bright, comfortable and was very clean. The kitchen was well-equipped. Booking and communication with the owner was efficient and hassle free. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this holiday rental. Merci beaucoup Vincent.
