Summary: Kitchen was well equipped. Was able to check in 2 hours early which was appreciated . Was a notice on the main Entry in French that we did not realize was saying water would be turned off Sept 24 and 25 so that was a bit of a surprise Water ended up being off Oct 1 9:00 am to 10:00 pm and again Oct 2nd from 9:00 to ? was on before we returned to apartment in additon to the 2 days on the notices .. Bed was a little hard and could use new pillows . Location was EXCELLENT. 8 to 10 minutes to train station 5 minutes to promenade and maybe 15 minutes to Old Town Nice. Only real concern would have been nice to know about the water in advance as we were there a couple days before water was tunred off and notices were up we just did not know what they said . Owner obviossly knew in advance we would be without water for a couple of days. Over all a good stay with a couple of hiccups.
