This is the dream getaway with 15 acres of gardens, paddocks and fruit trees bursting with fruit and nuts in season. You can explore the large property or just relax.
The rambling 100 year old farm house with its 12 foot high ceilings and additions has charm and a beautiful fire for those cold months. Four comfortable bedrooms and two large living areas and separate office, allows you to embrace the rural lifestyle without compromise.
With your own jetty and pontoon at the bottom of the property there is direct access to the Shoalhaven River for fishing, kayaking, boating or enjoying the many water birds (hand launch boats only). The kids will love the swings under the magnificent Fig tree. If you head down the road and across the car pontoon you will often find yourself alone on the idyllic Comerong Island beach. Great for fishing and long walks.
The old dairy has been transformed into a quaint games room and bar with a pot belly fire, a BBQ area and fairy lights that make it magical.
Come and enjoy an action packed stay or just relax under the trees while watching the cattle in the paddock when they are there. Have your own little farm for just a while.
Please Note: There are NO Party's permitted to be held at the property.
The house sleeps 11, however please read the Bedding Configuration below for all details.
Bedding Configuration
There are 2 two Queen Bed Rooms, A Bunk Room with 2 bunks (4 beds) and a Front Room with 1 bunk and a King Single bed (3 beds).
Ideally two large families would be very comfortable or three small families could fit in (providing some adults are happy to sleep on a single bed or a bunk).
One Queen Room has French doors that open up onto the Front Room - curtains are provided for privacy.
Bathroom Facilities
Two Showers, One Bath and Three toilets.
There is one main bathroom in the centre of the house, with a large shower and separate cast iron bath. The main toilet is next to this.
There is a second shower in a nook of the Front Room, there is also a second toilet off this room.
There is a third toilet out in the Dairy/Games Room.
