All the luxurious living areas have superb sea views and the front balcony looks directly over the ocean in one direction and across the lovely green park in the other. The perfect place to enjoy Maslin beach and the magnificent Fleurieu Peninsular. Please ask about our extra person discount for families with children (2 to 12 years). The space Upstairs comprises of master bedroom suite, open lounge, dining and kitchen area and balcony. Downstairs has 2 bedrooms, bathroom, separate toilet, laundry, downstairs lounge room private front yard and deck. Parking is at the rear and entry to the house is via the private back yard. The kitchen - with a view Modern clean lines and well-appointed with all convenient appliances, prepare meals from your fabulous choice of regional produce available close by, enjoy a local beverage while soaking up the spectacular views. Large sliding doors lead out to the balcony and alfresco dining area. Upstairs entertainment areas – Lounge, Dining & Balcony. The entire living areas have gorgeous views looking out over the sea just out the front. Watch the sun set into the ocean directly in front of you as you relax on the comfortable lounge, or while sharing a meal around the dining table or alfresco areas. In the cooler months enjoy the warmth and comfort while watching the wild ocean out the front windows. Upstairs balcony The covered balcony looks directly towards the ocean in one direction and across the lovely green park in the other, it is the perfect place to enjoy the beach lifestyle. Cook up a storm on the BBQ and enjoy a local wine whilst watching some of the best sunsets you will ever see. Sole use of our lovely holiday home, the master bedroom (linen included and bed made up) is available for the first 2 guests, assumed double occupancy unless advised otherwise. Any other bedrooms (linen included per guest) will only be made available to accommodate the total number of paying guests. Children 12 and under accommodated in bedroom 3 (please ask about our family discount rate). Three bedroom arrangements - 1. Master Suite upstairs - Queen Bed linen supplied - made up, ensuite, robe and ceiling fan. 2. Downstairs Queen – queen bed linen supplied only, wardrobe, ceiling fan, shared bathroom. 3. Downstairs double bed and single bunk beds linen supplied only, wardrobe, ceiling fan, shared bathroom. Lounge room. Please ask about our children's discount for families with any 2 to 12 year olds using this room. The ground floor has the 2nd lounge room with TV, DVD player, a great space for the children/teenagers. Outside areas Enclosed private front yard with cold -water beach shower and undercover decking for relaxation. Parking is at the rear and entry to the house is via the private children and dog friendly back yard. Across the road is the family friendly end of Maslin Beach (which includes a dog zone) and the Frank Hilton Reserve with its large children's playground, BBQ facilities and three exercise zones for those who feel like an extra workout with their run along the beach.
