First of all, there are a lot to do and learn in the mountain. Moreover, the place has a history going very deep into the ancient times and Greek mythology. There are a lot of byzantine monasteries nearby which you can visit as well as other very interesting historical sites.
Bird watching, horse riding , skiing in the organised ski center, mountain climbing or biking are some of the activities that can offer you unforgettable moments and much excitment in the mountain.
If you wish to enjoy the clean water of the Aegean sea you can ride 8 -10 minutes to the famous beaches of Pelion ( there are too many of any kind ) and enjoy swimming and other sea activities (water sports, scuba diving, fishing, sailing etc).
