Villa 3 is a spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom holiday home, offering a relaxing getaway to Exmouth and the North West Cape. The Ningaloo Breeze Holiday Complex is within walking distance to the shops, the Ningaloo Aquarium and Visitor Centre, the town pool and the Gulf beach. This fully air-conditioned villa accommodates up to 6 guests. After soaking in the sights, relax in one of the two living areas with generous space for each holidaymaker. The open plan dining area and the fully-equipped kitchen with a gas cooktop, modern appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, generous cupboard and bench space make preparing and serving meals easy. Enjoy the lovely Exmouth weather, cook on the barbeque and dine alfresco in the undercover patio area. Downstairs features a bedroom with a Queen size bed, the family bathroom and a laundry. Upstairs you'll find another Queen size bedroom, a third bedroom with two Single beds, the upstairs family bathroom and a carpeted living area in the loft. Bring your car and the boat with ample parking space this villa is a brilliant choice for a fishing trip to the Ningaloo Coast. Linen and bath towels are provided, please bring your own beach towels. Strictly no smoking inside this property and no pets. Noise restrictions apply between 10pm and 8am. Minimum age for booking is 25 years. This property is maintained by local property manager Exmouth Holidays. Staff are available during office hours and an after-hours phone is available for emergency assistance for in house guests. You will be contacted via text message by 3pm the day of your arrival on how to access the keys. Arrivals are after 3.00pm and check-out before 10:00am. Exmouth has many attractions with the Ningaloo Coral Reef being centre stage. A lot of the nature-based tours are seasonal and very popular at certain times of the year, we recommend you contact the Ningaloo Visitor Centre, or visit their website, prior to arrival to book your tours. Exmouth has 2 local IGA supermarkets, numerous restaurants, cafes and food outlets. For entertainment and socializing there is a hotel, a resort, a tavern, and two micro-breweries with live music.
