A private full sized bathroom with bath and shower is adjacent to the bedrooms. Also a kitchenette containing free tea and coffee making facilities, a 'fridge microwave and toaster. Margaret River Wine Region makes a pleasant afternoon out. Your journey takes you past vineyards, to a cheese factory, chocolate factory and an operating silk farm. If you bring your dog with you he/she is welcome to stay in the apartment with you at no extra cost. Our local beach is dog friendly as is Sensations Café which is 5 mins walk form the property. We are set in a quiet area with local traffic only. The Busselton Jetty is a 5 min drive and the centre of Busselton offers plenty of dining choices to suit all tastes and pockets.l Dog Friendly Busselton Marina BnB is close to the beach and a private apartment in a quiet residential area, Guests are offered a varied Continental or cooked Breakfast Menu. We use local free range eggs and local products including locally made muesli. A request form is submitted each evening by our guests and their choice of breakfast is available by 8am the following day. Other times by request. We are dog friendly and are happy to welcome dogs into the apartment along with their owners for no extra cost. We are situated very close to the cycle path which runs from the Marina via Busselton to Dunsborough. An eski with an ice pack is available on a daily basis. Folding picnic chairs and a thermos flask are also offered at no extra cost to our guests. All the water both washing and drinking in the BnB is filtered. Local Places of Interest We are situated in a excellent position for exploring the Southwest of Western Australia. The Tuart Forest and Wonnerup House are a 10 minute drive away. The Margaret River Wine Region is within easy reach and if requested we can book a locally organised coach trip for you to visit wineries and taste the many and varied wines of the area. The Butter Factory Museum is a 5 minute drive from our property and has many fascinating items from the Pioneers of the area. They include old machinery and buildings as well as everyday items. The centre of Busselton is a 5 minute drive along our beautiful coastline. A visit to the Busselton Jetty and Underwater Observatory is a great way to spend half a day. A train will take you along the 1 mile jetty out to sea and then you have a guided tour of the underwater observatory. Here you will see the many brightly coloured fish belonging to our shores and some beautiful coral. Adjacent to the jetty there is a swimming beach cordoned off within the ocean. The whole is similar to a swimming baths with ladders and diving points. A café and ice cream parlour is just nearby too! All along the beach by the Jetty is an area of grass and shady trees where you can picnic of just relax. Alternatively a quiet sandy beach is 500 mtrsl from our B and B. Busselton has a wide variety of Cafes and Restaurants. A 5 min stroll from the B and B is the dog friendly Sensations Café situated at the Marina entrance and it offers a variety of dishes. A five minute drive takes you to The Deck Tavern which offers a variety of popular priced meals and has a pleasant view of the Marina.
